MS GIRLS SOCCER Team Seogwipo Team Seogwipo won a great game today over SJA, with a final score of 4-0! We had one goal by Diane in the first half, with goals in the second half by Ella, Sarah and Teresa. Coach Kipfer and Coach Quispe were both very proud of the girls for having improved greatly from our previous game against NLCS both in confidence and energy. Most impressive was that the girls demonstrated that they are clearly learning and retaining skills and concepts they've been learning from drills and practice time. We were very pleased to see many girls actively look for space to support each other and for drop passes, being successful on more than a few occasions. MS BOYS SOCCER Both KISJ Yellow and Blue had the privilege of being our first teams to play against our new neighbours: SJA. With a burgeoning athletics program, SJA proved themselves a great test for our team. We are extremely proud of all of our boys for playing like Dragons and implementing much of the work we have put in at practice. With the same level of dedication and perseverance our players have shown throughout the season, we are certain that they will continue to find success in their growth on and off the pitch. MS GIRLS BADMINTON The MS Girls Badminton Team took on SJA Wednesday night in their second game of the season. The girls won the majority of their games and even competed against some of the SJA’s boys for some added competition. The Girls will be back in action next week as they take on NLCS. MS BOYS BADMINTON The MS boys fought hard in this first contest against SJA and this time the results were more favorable. The final result was 5-3 KISJ in doubles matches and 4-0 KISJ in singles matches. These young men are growing, learning and improving quickly.
